*IMPORTANT: Orders that include samples, whether individual samples or customized sample kits, require between 3 and 5 business days of preparation.
This period applies only to the handcrafted preparation of the samples. After that, you must add the usual shipping time according to your country or region.
Order preparation time
We prepare your order quickly
We will always try to have your order ready and shipped within the following 24 hours (business day) after payment has been validated.
Our orders ship from Barcelona
We prepare all orders with great care from our warehouse located in Barcelona. We follow the business calendar of this city, so public holidays in Catalonia or Barcelona do not count as business days for us.
Orders with Sample Kits or Samples
Orders that include samples, whether individual samples or customized sample kits, require a special preparation time.
All samples are prepared and filled by hand in our workshop, so this type of order needs between 3 and 5 business days before being shipped.
This timeframe applies only to the artisanal preparation of the samples.
After that, you should add the usual shipping time depending on your country or region.
During high-demand campaigns (such as Christmas or Black Friday), this preparation time may increase slightly due to order volume.
Uncollected orders at the pickup point (GLS)
When your order is delivered to a GLS pickup point, you have 7 calendar days to collect it.
If it is not collected within that period, GLS will automatically return the parcel to our warehouse. Once we receive it, you can choose between two options:
1. Have your order sent again
We can resend it. You will only need to pay the shipping costs again (€3.90), even if the original shipping was free.
2. Request a refund
We will refund the amount of the products using the same original payment method.
(Shipping costs are not included in the refund.)
DEVOLUCIONES
Tienes 15 días naturales para devolver tu pedido desde la fecha de compra, o en el caso de online, en la que lo recibes en tu domicilio.
- Los pedidos online no pueden devolverse en tienda.
- Los pedidos realizados en tienda, deben devolverse en la misa tienda en la que se realizaron, sin abrir y sin usar.

Can I return my product?
Yes, you have 15 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to return it.
For us to accept the return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original box and packaging
- With all its components (if it included a gift or sample, those must also be returned)
Important: Individual samples and sample kits cannot be returned.
What if I already opened or used the product?
We can still process it, but the following will be deducted from the refund:
- 20% of the value if it is perfumery.
- 50% of the value if it is cosmetics.
How do I return my product?
It’s very easy, just 3 steps:
1. Request the return
Log in to your All Yours account and request the return. Access it through this link: https://account.allyours.com
2. Wait for our confirmation
Our team will review your request (usually in less than 24 hours). If everything is correct, we’ll send you an email confirming it.
3. Take your package to a GLS drop-off point
You’ll receive an email from GLS with a QR code. You just need to pack the product securely in its original box and take it to any GLS drop-off point that suits you. Show the QR code and they’ll take care of the rest.
Devoluciones en TIENDA
Las compras en tienda solo pueden devolverse en la misma tienda donde las hiciste (no online).
- Plazo: 15 días desde la compra.
- Imprescindible: presentar el ticket o justificante de compra.
- Estado: solo se aceptan productos sin abrir y sin usar, en su embalaje original.
- Coste: ninguno, la devolución en tienda es gratuita.
- Reembolso: se realiza en el momento, en la tienda, al mismo método de pago que usaste.
I received an incorrect or defective product
We’re very sorry this happened. Write to us as soon as possible at hello@allyours.com or via WhatsApp.
We will need:
- A photo of the product and its packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your case right away and give you a solution.
Can I exchange one product for another?
At the moment, we don’t make direct exchanges, but it’s very simple:
- Request a return for the product from your account
- Once it’s approved and we’ve received the product, we’ll process your refund
- Place a new order with the product you want
That way, you’ll get exactly what you’re looking for as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't prepared or shipped it yet. Write to us as soon as possible at hello@allyours.com or via WhatsApp, and we'll try to stop it.
Discount Policy
Discounts
Discount codes are not combinable with one another.
This includes, without exception:
- Promotional discounts
- All Yours Club discounts
- 10% off your first purchase
- €20 voucher linked to the purchase of the sample kit
- Discount codes or other commercial promotions
Only one discount per order can be applied.
They also do not apply to samples or sample kits, or to products on promotion.
Promotions
Excluded products from promotions
Sample kits and individual samples are excluded from any type of promotion, discount, or associated gift, without exception. Gift cards are also excluded.
Limited quantities
All promotions are subject to limited quantities and are available while stocks last.
Units are not reserved, and availability beyond the stock on hand at the time of purchase is not guaranteed.
Automatic application
Promotions that include gifts or benefits:
- Are automatically added to the cart when the order meets the conditions.
- If the gift does not appear in the cart, it means that the promotion is no longer in stock and cannot be claimed later.
Notes added to the order do not guarantee that a promotion will be applied if the stated conditions are not met.
Validity and changes
All Yours reserves the right to:
- Modify or cancel promotions at any time.
- End them earlier than planned if the units run out.
Advance information
Whenever possible, our team will let you know in advance if an order does not meet the conditions of a promotion, with the aim of being transparent and avoiding disappointment.
