Aroma de Hormiguero by Santi Burgas is a conceptual fragrance that imagines the hidden universe of an anthill: a web of tunnels, damp earth, and nature in constant motion. A complex, abstract composition that transforms an almost invisible ecosystem into a unique olfactory experience.
The opening combines natural derivatives of formic acid (formates) with an algae accord, creating a fresh, mineral, and slightly acidic sensation that surprises from the very first moment. This accord introduces an unusual organic dimension in perfumery and defines the fragrance’s distinctive character.
At the heart, an accord of fresh mushrooms, geosmin, galbanum, and mastic resin recreates the moisture of the earth and the undergrowth with fascinating realism.
