SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING


Shipments and deliveries to Spain (Peninsula)
We ship to all the Peninsula and Balearic Islands through the transport company GLS. Delivery is made in 24-72 working hours after placing your order.

Shipping costs 4,95€, if the order is less than 40€. For orders over 40€ the shipping is free.

We prepare your order quickly
We will always try to have your order ready and shipped within 24 hours (working day) after payment validation.

Our orders are shipped from Barcelona
We prepare all orders with love from our warehouse located in Barcelona. We follow the working calendar of this city, so holidays in Catalonia or Barcelona do not count as working days for us.



RETURNS


We have a 15 days return policy after receiving the item. Let us know the reason why you want to return the product by sending us an email to hello@allyours.com. In case you receive a wrong, defective or damaged product, please contact us at hello@allyours.com so we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them. Therefore, products must be returned new, unused and complete in their original box.

Once we confirm the return, you will receive a refund of the cost of the product within 10 to 15 business days via the same payment method from which the purchase was made.

Remember that if your order had any discount or promotion you will receive the amount you paid for it at that time. In the same way, if your order included a gift, sample or free product, you will have to return it together with the rest of the products. We will not refund if the product has been used or manipulated.

In case you want to make a return for any other reason not mentioned above, you will be able to do it as long as the product has not been opened or manipulated. Please note that we will deduct the amount for shipping from the total amount of the return. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Customers will have to send back unwanted items at their own expense.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled before we ship it.



PROMOTIONS


In times of promotions (Christmas campaign, sales, Black Friday or other times of the year with discounts, free shipping or gifts for special purchases), promotional codes will not be valid or combinable with other discounts.

Promotions involving a discount on the price of the product will not be applied to already discounted products and discounted packs. During the days of a promotion, including the 4 business days following the end of a promotion, All Yours cannot guarantee that an online order will be delivered within 24-72 business hours.
