Marrakech Imperial

Marrakech Imperial is a Moroccan haute perfumery house created by an Italian-Moroccan duo who wanted to bring the richness of Marrakech to perfumery. Its bottles are inspired by the work of the maâlems, Moroccan craftsmen, and by the Bab Agnaou gate, the entrance to the city's kasbah. All its perfumes are extrait de parfum, and the house perfumer is Christian Carbonnel.

The house organizes its perfumes into two collections. The Moroccan Vibes, with extraits at 25% according to the brand, brings together the spicy leather of Arabian Leather, the floral musk of Magie Rouge, the amber with incense of Les Nuits de Marrakech, the aromatic oud of Oud Kasbah Royal, the powdered vanilla of Bohème Chic, the green cedar of Atlas Wood, and the citruses with orange blossom of Take Me Back to Marrakech. The Moroccan Sahara, with extraits at 35%, adds Esprit Nomade, with lavender and wet earth, and Royal Sultana, with mango and caramel. Completing the selection is L'Eau du Désert Marocain, with salt and oud.

Where to start with Marrakech Imperial

If you like oriental scents, Les Nuits de Marrakech and Arabian Leather sum up the house style well. If you prefer something brighter, Take Me Back to Marrakech is the freshest. Each perfume has its 1.5 ml sample, in case you'd rather try it on your skin first.
