Refund policy


We have a 15-day return policy after receiving the item. Let us know the reason you wish to return the product by sending us an email at hello@allyours.com. In case you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, contact us at hello@allyours.com so we can evaluate the problem and solve it.

Products must be returned in the same condition you received them. Therefore, products must be returned new, unused, and complete in their original box.

Once we confirm the return, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product within 10 to 15 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Remember that if your order had any discount or promotion, you will receive the amount you paid for it at that time. Similarly, if your order included any gift, sample, or free product, you must return it along with the rest of the products. We will not issue a refund if the product has been used or tampered with.

If you want to make a return for any other reason not mentioned above, you can do so as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with. Note that we will deduct the shipping cost from the total refund amount. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Customers will have to send unwanted items on their own.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled before we ship it.
