The perfume does not beat around the bush. It opens intensely, with oud, which has something of old wood and leather about it, wrapped in amber and a warm, skin-like red musk. Right away, raspberry and fig bring ripe, juicy fruit that is a little sweet, like homemade jam. In the end, sandalwood rounds it out into a warm cream that leaves a long trail.
Lost Chemistry is an ambery and woody eau de parfum from Ephemeral Dyadic, the house artist Sinan Saul founded in a studio in Istanbul's industrial district. It is from the first collection, from 2023, and like all the house's perfumes, it comes with its text printed beside the bottle.
