It opens green and fresh, with bay leaf, Siberian fir and pine, Sichuan pepper bringing the heat, and pear and champaca softening it; aldehydes add brightness. The heart turns aquatic: ozone, river notes, peppermint and blue tansy, with propolis and lavender concrete adding body. The base is salty and musky, with ambergris, sea foam, algae, ambrette seed, muscone and a skin note, and sacred olibanum bringing the resin.
