Tiger EyeStrength and courage. In TCM, it is assigned to the root chakra and navel chakra. Known for its harmonizing effect of yin and yang on the meridians. It is said to help focus the mind, promote mental clarity, help us solve problems with objectivity, optimism and not be clouded by emotions.

DalmatianDalmatian: grounding and stimulating. TCM literature focuses on its power to combat exhaustion and boredom and as an energizer for depleted Qi. It is often considered a nervous system stimulant, a powerful healer of muscles, tendons and cartilage, and is used to prevent injuries such as strains, sprains and muscle spasms. The inclusion of Black Tourmaline in its composition acts like mini sponges, absorbing negativity and harmful vibrations from the environment.

- Warm 3 to 5 drops in the palms of your hands. Dab onto clean, dry skin.

- Hold the stem of the Gua-Shroom and gently press the cap onto the skin. Slide the Gua-Shroom upward from the center of the chin toward the earlobe to contour the jawline.

- Start at the nose and work upward in a sweeping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving toward the ears.

- Start at the inner corner of the eye and gently extend toward the temple.

- Glide up along the brow bone, from the inside out. Remember to always go outward and repeat the movement 4-5 times on both sides.
